1. Acceptance of Terms and Parties
These Terms of Use are entered into by and between any real or legal person visiting or registering on the website with the domain name ReklamGidiyor.com (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "User" or "Member") and ReklamGidiyor (hereinafter referred to as "ReklamGidiyor"). By visiting the platform or completing registration, you agree to these terms unconditionally.
2. Scope of Service and ReklamGidiyor's Role
ReklamGidiyor is an independent listing and communication platform that connects media owners (corporate stores) holding outdoor advertising spaces (such as LED screens, billboards, megalights, wall wraps, totems, CLPs/lightboxes) with advertisers looking to rent these spaces. ReklamGidiyor is not the owner, operator, landlord, or agent of any advertising space published on the platform. The advertising rental agreement, payment processes, and operational details such as installation/printing are directly handled between the advertiser and the media owner store.
3. Membership and Account Security
All information provided when registering on the platform (name, surname, title, email, phone, etc.) must be accurate, current, and complete. It is entirely your responsibility to secure your account, keep your password confidential, and not share it with third parties. Any activity carried out under your account is attributed to you.
4. Obligations of Users and Stores
- Users are obliged to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, honesty, and moral standards.
- Members who open corporate stores on the platform represent and warrant that the technical details of the listings they publish (dimensions, location, visuals, resolution, etc.) represent the truth, that the visuals are up to date, and that they are legally authorized to publish these listings.
- It is strictly forbidden to add listings that violate copyrights, are misleading, generate unfair competition, or breach regulations. ReklamGidiyor reserves the right to remove such listings and suspend accounts if violations are detected.
- Abuse of the internal messaging and quote system, sending spam, or harassing other users is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, software, databases, logos, brands, graphics, text, and interface elements on the ReklamGidiyor platform are the property of ReklamGidiyor and are protected by copyright laws. Copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering any part of the platform's content or source code is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
ReklamGidiyor cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of listing contents, listing images, declared prices, or the exact precision of locations on the map. ReklamGidiyor has no legal or criminal liability in case of contract violations, payment disputes, incomplete/faulty installation processes, damage to the ad space due to storms/natural causes, or failure to display the advertisement.
7. Suspension and Termination of Service
ReklamGidiyor reserves the right to suspend a user's account, close their store, or terminate membership without prior notice in case of violation of these terms of use, posting of fake/deceptive listings, or actions that threaten platform security.
8. Amendments to Terms
ReklamGidiyor may unilaterally update or change these Terms of Use at any time. The updated terms shall become binding for all users upon their publication on the platform.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute arising from the application or interpretation of these Terms of Use, Turkish Law shall apply, and the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul (Caglayan) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
