When you interact with our platform; your name, surname, national identity number, company title, email address, phone number, address details, IP address, and transaction security logs are collected and processed electronically through automatic and non-automatic methods via membership forms, quote requests, profile updates, cookies, and customer service calls.
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds of Processing
Your personal data is processed under the following purposes and legal grounds:
- Performance of Contract: Transmission of advertising rental quote requests to media owners, execution of membership rights, and enabling communication within the platform.
- Legitimate Interest: Enhancing platform security, preventing fraud, improving service quality, and conducting analysis and statistical studies.
- Legal Obligation: Tracking legal retention periods and responding to information requests from authorized public institutions and organizations.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
When you submit a quote request on the platform, your personal data is shared with the media owner corporate member (store) on the receiving end to fulfill your request. Furthermore, your data is shared with judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations within the framework of legal obligations. Your personal data is not transferred abroad.
5. Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11)
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK and GDPR regulations, you can apply to ReklamGidiyor to exercise the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request rectification if personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- Request erasure or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the law,
- Request notification of rectification, erasure, or destruction operations to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing.

Your request will be finalized free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
