Premium Brand Terms of Use

Specific terms governing Premium Brand applications, verification of corporate identity and authority to represent, the verified corporate profile and use of the corporate identity in conversations.

Version 1.0 · Last updated: 11 October 2026

1. Purpose, Scope and Parties

These Premium Brand Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the specific conditions between Yizgo Medya Yazılım Ltd. Şti. (the "Company" or the "Platform"), which operates the reklamgidiyor.com website and the iOS and Android mobile applications under its registered trademark Reklamgidiyor, and any sole proprietorship, company, public institution or other organisation that applies for a Premium Brand account or uses an approved Premium Brand account (the "Organisation", the "Applicant" or "you"). These Terms apply together with the general Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Notice; in matters specific to the Premium Brand account, these Terms prevail in case of conflict. The Store Terms of Use do not apply to a Premium Brand account; if the same Organisation has a separate Store account, that account remains subject to its own terms. Acceptance of these Terms on behalf of the Organisation is requested during the application. The privacy documents provide information; accepting the Terms is not explicit consent to every data-processing activity.

2. Nature of the Premium Brand Account

Premium Brand is a verified corporate buyer account for organisations that are looking for out-of-home advertising media or wish to advertise. The account becomes active after the Company has reviewed and approved the Organisation's identity and the applicant's authority to represent it. A user account holds only one role at a time: standard member, Store or Premium Brand. A Premium Brand account cannot publish listings or listing groups, open a Store profile or carry out seller operations; this limit is not lifted by suspension, removal of verification or changes to the scope of the service. An Organisation that wants both to look for advertising space and to offer media uses separate sign-in accounts for each.

3. Current Scope of the Service

While this version is in force, a Premium Brand account provides:

  • applying from the My Brand screen, withdrawing the application before the review is completed, and following the application, review and decision history;
  • after approval, a corporate profile consisting of the display name approved by the Company, an optional corporate logo and the verification status;
  • using the Platform's existing search, favourites and messaging tools with this corporate identity, with the corporate name, the logo and — while verification is valid — the verification badge shown in conversations;
  • a new review application when corporate details change, and a request to return to a standard account;
  • e-mail, push and in-account notifications about application and verification outcomes.

The Premium Brand application, verification and the scope of use above are currently free of charge. The name "Premium" does not mean a paid package, priority visibility or a commitment to additional services.

4. Services Not Yet Offered

A Premium Brand account currently does not offer placing orders, creating confirmed bookings or calendar entries, payment, collection, escrow or invoicing through the Platform. Structured offer and counter-offer tracking, media planning, requests for proposal (RFP) and campaign management, agency representation on behalf of client brands, proof of posting and spend reporting are not included either. These Terms do not promise such services. A verified corporate identity does not mean that a Store will respond or make an offer, that a medium will be available or that a contract will be concluded. If any of these services is offered in the future, its scope, terms and any fee will be announced separately and, where required, your separate acceptance will be requested.

The general communication tools the Platform offers to all members are subject to the general Terms of Use. Price, order, booking, payment, invoicing, production, printing, installation, publication, cancellation and refund arrangements agreed between the Organisation and a Store or listing owner through messaging or outside the Platform are the responsibility of those parties; the Company is not a party, intermediary or payment institution in those contracts.

5. Authority to Apply and Eligibility

  • The person submitting the application confirms that they are authorised to represent the Organisation and to accept these Terms on its behalf.
  • Select the correct type for the Organisation: sole proprietorship, limited company, joint-stock company or public institution. Public institutions provide an authority or assignment letter instead of commercial registry documents.
  • Applications are made from a standard member account. Only one Store or Premium Brand application may be open on the same account at a time; the open application must be concluded or withdrawn before the other can be submitted.
  • An account that has listings may also apply. However, approval and conversion of the account to Premium Brand require the account holder to have concluded all undeleted listings and any ongoing or future booking and publication obligations. The Company does not bulk-archive or delete listings on the account holder's behalf on approval; past listing, conversation and calendar records are preserved.
  • Applications with the same tax or organisation identifier may be submitted from different accounts. In that case each applicant's authority to represent and reason for using a separate account are reviewed; suitable applications may be approved individually. Accounts and their histories are not merged.
  • Circumventing a suspended or closed account, or applying on behalf of another person or organisation without authority, is prohibited. The Applicant must be at least 18 years old.

6. Information and Documents

The application requests the type of Organisation, its trade or official name, the authorised person's full name, the tax office, the tax identification number (for sole proprietorships this may be a Turkish ID number), the MERSİS and trade-registry numbers for registered merchants, a KEP address if available, the head-office address, phone, e-mail, website and the proposed display name. Depending on the type of Organisation, the tax certificate and signature declaration (sole proprietorship), the tax certificate, trade registry gazette and signature circular (limited and joint-stock companies) or an authority or assignment letter (public institution) are uploaded.

  • Information and documents must be current, complete, legible and accurate. Forged, altered or invalid documents may not be used.
  • The documents may contain personal data of the Organisation's officers and signatories. The Applicant shares this information only under a lawful authority and reasonably helps ensure that the persons concerned are aware of the Personal Data Protection Notice; the Company's own duty to inform is unaffected.
  • Do not upload information that is not needed for verification, such as details of unrelated persons or an image of an identity card; you may redact such information as long as verification remains possible. Documents must not contain special categories of personal data such as health, religion or biometric information.
  • The content of a submitted application cannot be changed during the review, and no draft containing documents is stored. Missing or incorrect information is notified through a reasoned rejection; a new application may be submitted with corrected information. Earlier applications, documents and decisions remain in the history.
  • If critical details such as the trade name, tax identifier, authority to represent or display name change, a new review application with current documents must be submitted from My Brand. A person whose authority to represent has ended may not continue to use the account on the Organisation's behalf; loss of authority must be reported to the Company within a reasonable time.

7. Review, Verification and Decision

Submitting an application does not change your account type. The Company's authorised review team examines the information and documents; it may request additional explanations or documents and, where it deems necessary, verify them through public records such as MERSİS, the trade registry and tax identification queries, or through competent sources. Store or Premium Brand applications made from other accounts with the same tax identifier may also be considered during the review. Receipt of an application does not create a right to a Premium Brand account. An application may be rejected, stating the reason, in case of missing or unverifiable information, failure to show authority to represent, security or abuse risk, infringement of rights, or breach of the law or these Terms.

The proposed display name cannot be changed during the review. Where there is a risk of misleading, confusion or infringement, the Company may correct the name and approve it while recording the reason; the original submitted value and the correction record are preserved. Approval takes place in a single operation together with the change of the account role to Premium Brand and activation of the corporate profile, and eligibility is checked again at the moment of approval. The outcome is sent to your registered e-mail address, by push notification and as an in-account notification. Review time may vary with application volume.

At the Organisation's request, the Company may review the same information and documents and convert a suitable account to a Premium Brand account from the administration panel.

8. Meaning of Verification and the Badge

The verification badge shows that, at the time of review, the Organisation's identity and the applicant's authority to represent it were verified with reasonable care against the information and documents provided. The badge does not mean that a trademark registration, licence or right to use a brand has been verified. Nor is it an assurance of the Organisation's solvency, reliability or the quality of its products and services; an endorsement, partnership or recommendation by the Company; or a guarantee of a completed order, booking or payment.

The badge is shown only while the corporate profile is active and verification is valid; it is not shown in case of suspension, a status requiring review, removal of verification or closure of the account. Premium Brand status and the badge may not be used, without the Company's written permission, in advertising and promotion outside the Platform in a way that suggests the Company's endorsement, partnership or guarantee.

9. Corporate Profile, Display Name and Logo

  • The corporate display name is the name used in the conversation list, conversation headers and the My Brand screen. It is not a sign-in credential, username, subdomain or unique account key. A Premium Brand account is not given a subdomain, a public profile page or a username.
  • The display name and logo may not infringe another person's trade name, trademark, domain name, logo or personal rights, may not be misleading and may not contain expressions reserved by the Company ("Reklamgidiyor", "Yizgo", "official", "admin" and similar).
  • Uploading a logo is optional; after approval it is added, changed or removed from the My Brand screen. Without a logo, a generic corporate icon is shown; your personal profile photo is not used as the corporate logo. Like other profile images, the logo may be cropped to fill a circular area.
  • By uploading a logo you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission, limited to providing the service, to host, reproduce, resize, strip metadata from and display the logo within the Platform. This permission does not transfer ownership of the logo and ends when the logo is removed.
  • Where a display name or logo carries a risk of infringement, misleading or confusion, the Company may request correction of the name, remove the logo from display or, if necessary, suspend verification.

10. Corporate Identity in Conversations and Communication Rules

Once the corporate profile has been approved, conversations show the approved corporate name and the corporate logo or generic corporate icon instead of the name and personal photo of the person using the account; the badge is added while verification is valid. The other party can filter its conversations with verified Premium Brand accounts. Tax identifiers, application documents, authorised-person details and internal review notes are not shown to other users.

  • Employees or representatives using the account act on behalf of the Organisation, and the Organisation is responsible for what they do through the account. Sign-in credentials must not be shared with unauthorised persons, and any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to the Company immediately.
  • Messaging tools may be used only for legitimate business communication about the relevant medium or listing. Spam, bulk or automated messages, misleading requests, harassment, threats, discrimination and fraud are prohibited.
  • The corporate identity or badge may not be used to promise an order, payment, booking or campaign as if it were guaranteed by the Platform, or to give the impression of acting on behalf of another organisation or the Company.
  • Information obtained from Stores or listing owners through messaging may be used only for the relevant request; it may not be exported without permission or processed for other purposes. The Organisation fulfils its own obligations under the KVKK and related legislation for such information. Where commercial electronic messages are to be sent, Law No. 6563 and the recipient's preferences must be respected.

11. Change Review, Suspension and Removal of Verification

When a review application is submitted for a critical change, the current approved name and any valid verification remain in place until the review concludes; the new details are published only on approval. Rejection or withdrawal of a change application does not by itself remove the existing approval. The Company may request a new review in situations such as complaints, verification problems, loss of authority or reopening of the account, and may take into account the validity limit of a time-bound authority or document. No general periodic document-renewal process currently applies.

In case of false or invalid documents, loss of authority to represent, infringement, impersonation, repeated user complaints, security risk, unlawful activity or material breach of these Terms, the Company may, by a reasoned and recorded decision, suspend the corporate profile, place it under review or remove verification. Removed verification becomes active again only after a new application has been reviewed and approved. Where there is no urgent security or legal risk, an opportunity to remedy curable breaches may be given. These measures do not lift the Premium Brand account's restriction on publishing listings.

12. Returning to a Standard Account and Closing the Account

To return a Premium Brand account to a standard member account, you can send a reasoned request from the My Brand screen. The request is created as a support record with your account details and can be withdrawn until it is resolved; sending it does not change the role by itself. The authorised team reviews eligibility and completes the conversion through a recorded operation. On return, use of the corporate profile and the badge end; application, decision, conversation and calendar history is preserved, and earlier listings are not automatically republished. An Organisation that wishes to operate as a Store may use a separate account or, after returning to a standard account, apply under the Store Terms of Use.

You can close your account as described in the general Terms of Use. On closure, open Premium Brand applications and requests to return to a standard account are concluded, the corporate profile and badge are closed to others, and conversations show a deleted-user label instead of the corporate name. Retention of records is governed by Sections 6 and 7 of the Privacy Policy.

13. Personal Data and Application Documents

The Personal Data Protection Notice and the Privacy Policy explain the personal data processed in application, review, decision and corporate-profile operations. Application documents are not public; they are kept in private storage that cannot be accessed directly from the internet and are viewed only by the authorised team assigned to review Premium Brand applications. Documents are not shown on the corporate profile, in conversations or to other users. A blanket 10-year retention period does not automatically apply to all application documents; retention and destruction principles are set out in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy. When an application is submitted, the time of acceptance and the versions of the Premium Brand Terms of Use and the Personal Data Protection Notice in force on that date are recorded.

14. Liability and Disputes

The Organisation is responsible under applicable law for the accuracy of the information and documents it provides, its authority to represent, its rights in the display name and logo, and communication carried out through the account. The Company does not guarantee any particular response, offer, availability, contract, visibility or commercial result, and does not assume the statements or performance of Stores or listing owners. The Company's liability arising from its own fault, data security and statutory obligations is not excluded merely because the service is free of charge; liability for intent, gross negligence and liability that cannot lawfully be limited are reserved.

Any claim for compensation or costs against the Organisation must be substantiated in terms of unlawfulness, fault, damage and causation; the Company's own obligations or every administrative sanction are not automatically transferred to the Organisation. In a dispute, the parties may provide explanations and counter-evidence; Platform records are not conclusive evidence by themselves. Where there is a jurisdiction agreement that meets the statutory conditions and fits the status of a merchant or public legal entity, the courts of Antalya may be given jurisdiction; otherwise, statutory rules of subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction apply. Mandatory consumer protections, where applicable, are reserved. Statutory claim and limitation periods apply.

15. Changes, Severability and Contact

The Company may update these Terms because of changes to the service or the law. Material changes are announced through appropriate channels at least 15 days before they take effect. Where required, new acceptance is requested separately; merely continuing to use the service does not replace an express acceptance that is required. The version and last updated date at the top of the page identify the current text; previously published versions are kept in the Company's records and shared on request. The invalidity of one provision does not by itself invalidate the others. Turkish law and the jurisdiction principles in Section 14 apply. The Turkish text prevails.
